Why the new map delivers bad gameplay

Before I start the list of complains, here are two videos so you have material to work with.

I really love the new map just by the design itself. It has great hiding and totem spots, it looks pretty af and they designed the rooms and the corridors pretty good. But let me start with the gameplay. Oh boy, its awful for both sides.

(By the way, the whole video with Jake shows why red ranks sucks for solo Q. People that are killing themself [02:36], weird people doing weird things [03:47] and how people abuse DS [14:36].)

  • Long empty corridors. [Just look at the first two minutes]
  • Two floors and every staircase is at the end of corridor. (Maybe. For some stairs you two break walls)
  • Big rooms with one unsafe palett [Jake: The whole video or speficely 11:03]
  • Strong windows where you are forced to break the wall. [Jake: 10:22 and 06:30]
  • Exit Gates that are damn easy to patrol
  • Generators are for most players hard to find.
  • Corrupted Intervention is damn strong on this map. I could work on a gen after 2 minutes. [Look at the start of the video with Jake]
  • OoO is just pure abuse due the two floors. It's like Haddonfield and the fence. You know where the survivor is but you can't do sh*t.
  • A relatevely small map. [Dwight: Look at the start. I can see nearly everyone with 44 meters bond. Or 2:26 when Kindred gets used.]

Besides that we have some awful bugs to work with. Glitchy movement [Jake: 12:30], no sounds when falling with specific characters [Dwight: 8:52 (I couldn't even vault the palett instantly lol)] (example Dwight. Jake makes sounds) and more. And the worst- The chest if you unlock the secret room in the tower... Its freaking fake!!! :< You don't even get a item. [Dwight: 9:40]

This chapters gave us really cool perks- atleast most of them. But awful gameplay on the new map, so many new bugs and a killer that is imo boring to play against and kinda clunky to play as. But that should not be the topic, sorry for that.
