Unpopular opinion: The Nurse
So the nurse has been standing on the top of every tier list. It's just a fact these days. No need to question it. Or should we?
The nurse and the game have changed massivly over the years and personally i feel that only the ptsd of the old omega nurse is keeping her at the top. If you look at it realisticly. She been dethroned ages ago
When people think of nurse they think of the mytical legendary super nurse that hits every blink, reads every mindgame and downs you in a matter of seconds every time. But that's just not what happens in reality.
And even if we look at full potential. A Spirit that always is able to predict where you are with her power will down you just as fast as a nurse and has the benifit of being 110 and with a smaller terror radius outside of her power. A perfect Spirit is in almost every scenario better then a perfect nurse
Nurse is supposebly the best killer in the game but you almost never see her. Being unfun isn't really a reason. There are people that are willing to stand still for 2 minutes to get an easy victory. People who want to win don't care about fun.
And yeah a good nurse can end chases really fast and doesn't care about loops. But does that really matter that much? After the changes to the maps most of the really strong loops are gone. A perfect Deathslinger that knows all the trickshots and never misses will shut down most of the remaining loops just as easy and once again still is a 110 with a small terror radius outside of his power
In short i think the nurse is the most overrated character in this game. Everybody puts her at S but realisticly she's more like high B low A.
Note I'm not saying she's bad or that she needs buffs. I just want to make people stop and take a second thought where the nurse really belongs.
