dc penalty reworked

I think dc penalty should be removed after a certain time have passed on the game.I sometimes experience some bugs like on I were ALONE in the map after sacrifice my second survivor or get stucked puking with the plague or get a survivor on my shoulders but can unload him or any bug like that.Why not make available to surrender after 7 mins without penalty? If survivors dc is that they recognize the killer is better and same with the killer.Its not our fault game bugs a ton.

Nope,survivors must surrender together on that way the only only way to dc is by ragequitting but if all survivors surrender it wont be any problem
