Tinker buff?

I like tinker just because it makes almost any killer become a bit stealthy but it only triggers at 80% an most maps some gens are too far or hard to get to. Just wondering if it would be a more decent perk if it activated at 70 percent at least. Unsure if that makes a difference or not.

    This is why it's made for billy, a high mobility killer. If you use gearhead as well you'll have a bit of a forewarning and they can work in unison.
