Error 26 intense issue

USELESS

This is basically the sixth time i try to open the game and i cant due the error 26/29 issue. I already verified my files TWICE and even reinstalled my game, nothing changes. Also, The most recent case (NOW) I was playing the game, then i closed the game, played Terraria, and now when i try to open my game it is basically a try to open to see the error message again and again and again.
