PC - Unusable Hatch

Description: During a game in the new map (DLC Silent Hill), the hatch was unusable because it appeared on the map, but on a spot that was unreachable (in this case under a pile of an unnameable fleshy thing).

Steps: Not reproductible

Frequency of the issue: Randomly
