PC - Crashed When PHead hit me

So I had my very first game against PHead (been playing as him) and the moment he hit me, I crashed.

To reproduce:

Play as Cheryl at level 10 with her three unique perks at level 1 each.

Load into Azarov's Resting Place.

Be chased by Phead.

Drop a pallet on him at the same time he M1s you

Crash but have it look like the killer was the one who DCed.
