BHVR always ill prepared for Release days
So this happens almost every chapter/patch release, bug after bug after bug and no response from BHVR and let's analyze why.
First, they wait to release until 11 am or even noon on Steam, etc and then they seemingly don't extend their staffing hours even though bugs should be expected by this point. Wouldn't you think it's smarter to release at the start of your work day, or expect employees to work later to offer support or at least a little acknowledgement?
