PC: Perks and items not showing on the end scren

I've seen this in a few matches, also the medkit is gone. I killed a claudette last and she didn't have perks, when she clearly had Sprint burst and Adrenaline, she was also a twitcher, so I rewatched the match and she indeed had perks during the game. Also, in her end screen (of the video) it didn't show up either, so is not a bug only for me, apparently she couldn't see her own perks either.

I just had a game as survivor, I couldn't see the killer's perks though he clearly had agitation at least because of how fast he carried me.
