PC: 2nd Nurse blink barely registering
Map: Silent Hill Map
Character played: Nurse
Perks played: BBQ, Infectious, Stridor, Nurses
Frequency of issue: I know that this can happen from time to time, but after playing Nurse when 4.0.0. came out there was a stark difference in the frequency of this bug. After using her first blink, I was able to charge up the 2nd blink but not use it even after letting go of my mouse in around 40-50% of the cases.
