2 new bugs after silent hill update (PS4)

So after the new update on ps4 I've noticed 2 possible bugs and wanted to ask if other have that too.

1. After playing a game, when I'm in the scoreboard I no longer can click on the names of my teammates or the killer to open their psn profiles to say gg's or ask if they wanna group up etc.

If you weren't aware, before the update clicking on their names would open their psn profiles but it doesn't seem to work anymore

2. Sometimes in the scoreboard it shows me or a teammate having no perks equipped despite having 4 perks. Has this happened to anyone else?
