Buff Blindness/Hemorrhage/Hindrance status effects (add-ons for killer in particular)
These might be some of the worst types of add-ons on literally any killer who has them. Pig, Huntress, Freddy (and one of them is a purple add-on for him mind you), etc. If anything, add-ons that have these status effects should all be brown. Dirt cheap. Trash tier.
Some ideas I had for changes:
1) Change what status effect these add-ons apply. Like maybe Blindness add-ons can be switched up to Oblivious, which is actually useful. Blindness is honestly only useful in a toxic slugging build, & even then it takes way too much effort to even pull it off. Hindrance could be changed to broken, or maybe pickup a "Dark Devotion-type" effect. The current effect of Hindrance doesn't even feel noticeable.
2) Add additional status effects alongside the current status effects. Hemorrhage, for example, should always just be partnered up with Mangled or a Bloodhound-type buff (preferably not a short duration of Mangled either as this is what hurts those add-ons). Seeing blood pools on the ground can come in handy every now & again as killer, but honestly with Hemorrhage's bleeding frequency increase it is like 0.0001% more helpful than seeing regular blood pools.
3) Change what these status effects do to survivors. In the case of Hindrance, maybe survivors can no longer fast vault windows/pallets or the slowdown effect is increased significantly. Blindness shouldn't ever be on a timer, but rather a "doesn't wear off until next hook" type of thing. It also could have other effects, such as maybe Hex totems look unlit when a survivor suffers from Blindness. Maybe every so often, the survivors vision goes blurry & hearing gets fuzzy, like when being hit with Clown's gas. Hemorrhage could maybe cause slightly louder grunts of pain, acting as an additional Iron Will counter. These are just some ideas I have, they're not full-proof, but they damn sure sound better than whatever the heck these status effects try to accomplish currently.
