[PC] Hex totems are not lit up
Sorry if this bug was already reported. I couldn't find it.
Issue: A Hex Totem does appear as a Dull Totem (no candles lit, no burning sound). If cleansed, it only makes the Dull Totem breaking sound. If cleansed by another player it does make the Hex Totem breaking sound (the "Thunderstorm").
How often: Randomly, though most times noticed with NOEDs. The last time I noticed it, I was on Coal Tower.
