[5/5] Mobile - Random persisent sound indicator

As shown, the indicator are commonly persistent despite nothing there, in the picture below, all are sacrificed and last guy does have a sound indicator as entity claims him, but the top indicator appeared out of nowhere mid-game and does create confusion when tracking down survivors.

It is rare bug, but hard to recreate especially on the occasion it does happen, there is little pattern.
