the lightweight perk should be 4 seconds, after all the bloodhound perk is 4 seconds long, they should both off set each other Hello

    That's not how lightweight works.

    Your scratch marks stay usually for 11 seconds, and lightweight reduces this time.

    Scratch marks don't stay for 11 seconds. It's 7.

    Killer and survivor perks should not be equally strong, because there are 16 survivor perks vs 4 killer perks in match. The current balance, where survivor perks are actually stronger than killers is no good.
