How does the Syringe work with Deep Wound?
The info for the syringe states that "the effect is cancelled if the survivor changes health state" .
If I were to use the syringe on a survivor affected by Deep Wound, would the syringe:
- Still work after they mend themselves, or is mending technically NOT a change of health state (but deep wound is)?
- If they continue running instead of mending, and the syringe timer finishes, will they go to injured(syringe only covers deep wound) or full health(deep wound+injured)?

You can not heal youself or be healed while in deep wound, therefore you can not use the syringe.
