Nurse Unable to chain blink

While Playing Nurse on PC, while on almost any map you will experiencea bug where you are unable to chain blink or lunge, this is very impactful as it can lose games and is very frustrating. To reproduce just play nurse for a couple games and it is sure to happen, I was playing on crotuspenn, the nurses map and experienced the chain blink bug 3 times in a row and took me so much longer to get a down, this needs to be solved as nurse can feel unplayable at times.
