Any word on the sensitivity fix from PTB for PH/all killers?

I've read next to nothing except that there might be a bug with killers where there is extra sensitivity but PH for sure has a sensitivity jump when using his power which makes its so much harder than it needs to be. Here's a video showcasing it:
