Flashlight and pallet stuns on console?

I have clips but don’t feel like uploading them to something just to post it, but flashlight and pallet saves just don’t work anymore. Like 80% of the time you’ll blind the killer after they pick someone up and you’ll get the “killer blinded” with the points but nothing happens. If the killer is standing on a pallet and they pick someone up and you throw the pallet down, they just glitch out of the pallet and walk away, survivor still over their shoulder. Anyone else have this problem or is it just my friends and me?

    You have to time it right, it works once the killer starts moving.

    Also I can confirm flashlight saves work completely fine for me.

    Bad timing sounds like the problem, for pallet saves, it's when the killer is able to move, for flashlight saves is when they are almost on their shoulder that is when you start blinding not when they are barely picking the survivor up
