Achievement hacker?

I found player who unlocked all rank achievements at the same time and and when i later looked to report him on steam he all the sudden has his rank achievements removed. Is it a glitch or somthing?? And is achievement locking bannable??

    Ofc it's banable and results in a permanent ban.

    There was a timeframe a few month ago where the rank achievements got unlocked randomly I think. But the devs were aware of that and I don’t think those will be bannable since it is easily traceable.

    It's glitched. A bunch of people got handed random rank achievements.

    I had a bunch of ranks I legit earned take like 2 weeks to actually unlock on xbox.
