PS4 lag spikes?

Has anyone else experienced lag issues on the PS4?

I have been on second hook and mashing the struggle button when all of the sudden the game has a quick freeze for a millisecond and it interrupts the struggle and I die. Also, if there is a gen skill check when some one is downed or hooked.

I play in the states and have decent internet also.
