Blood Pact is an interesting Perk
Blood Pact is like a single target Aftercare+Empathy that's an Obsession Perk. Pretty useful if you want a guarantee an Obsession, but don't wanna run Decisive.
Also, the haste status is interesting. On the PTB, you gain the haste when you start healing AND when you finish. So if you tap the Obsession or they tap you right before the Killer interrupts your generator both of you can get a speed boost. But thats probably a bug. So I'd assume the main draw the of the perk's haste is just to make up for the downtime that healing takes and soft counter nurse's calling.
It's probably the most reliably useful, low risk Survivor Obsession perk. So that's something I guess. All the other Obsession perks have really hit or miss value.
