Is it bannable to give someone the hatch?
I wanted to ask if it is legal to forgive a survivor by giving him the hatch, because it has happened to me several times that the other 3 have said that they will report to me.

They are correct, it's not bannable.
Nope the developers only ban when there is a clear coordination between the survivor and killer meaning they would have to get the killer to follow them without touching them and sandbag survivors etc.
It's bannable if you work with a survivour against other survivours and then let them escape.
There was a thread not too long ago that this happened.
But just letting the last guy go for free isnt against the rules.
