PC - temple of purgation survivor getting stuck

just had a match where i was moving around a tree on a hill by the shack on this map, the hatch was here, hiding from the killer, by while i was moving around said tree, i was suddenly locked into position, only thing i could do was spin in position, i had a key and was waitin for the killer to leave an waitin for my teammates to make their way to the hill, but since i was stuck, and couldnt even drop the key, it gave the killer a 4k, im told this is a known issue for awhile, so if this is the case, how can this be left in the game? yes its one part which you could avoid, but part of the game is avoiding the killer, and hugging trees is a good portion of that
