Turning Control becomes Sluggish after being Unhooked

On PC survivor

After getting unhooked my turning control is slower, less responsive until I interact with something.After I interact with anything my control returns to normal.

Steps - (1) Get hooked (2) Get unhooked.

Frequency - all the time since last update

    This has been happening since 3.7.0 and it's gameruining. Movement so sluggish and laggy after an unhook, desperately needs fixed
