Is the leader of the pack challenge broke or do I just suck

on the tome page 2 there is a challenge called leader of the pack which tells you to do a cooperative action for 60 seconds and no cooperation action like healing takes 60 seconds is the challenge broken or am I doing it wrong or do I just suck?

    Anything that you do with at least one other person counts toward it. You can repair a gen with someone else and heal a couple other Survivors and you'll complete the challenge. I got mine by repairing multiple gens with other Survivors. You just have to do 60 seconds worth of cooperative actions, not one 60 second action.
