Fix to bad ping lobbies

Simple fix but maybe not so simple to implement.

Add a option like csgo does that you place the minimum ping you would like to be matched againts, this solves 2 issues.

VPNers and Being placed in a server from another continent.

So make it a bar where you can decide if you want to be matched on matches where you have 25-50-75-100-125-150-175-200 ping etc
