Skill checks while switching graphics settings

Skill checks stay on low graphics settings even if you switch them to ultra.

It happens when:

1. I close the game on Low graphics settings.
2. Restart the game and change the settings to Ultra (doesn't matter if I do in a lobby or in a match).
3. It returns to normal after restarting the game again.

It makes all skill checks look very blurry. It might happen only on higher resolutions (I play on 2560x1440).

I play survivor on Ultra settings and killer on Low settings, because it's much easier to see stuff on Low settings, so this issue always happens to me when I play killer in my last match and forget to switch the settings to Ultra before closing the game.
