CONNECTION LOST BUG

- Nintendo Switch

- Connection lost when opening friends list + inviting friends and not able to recieve invites from friends. Still able to join random matches, so it is not an internet issue.


1. Load dead by daylight

2. Click "-" to open friends list

3. "Connection lost" error will appear

4. Click "+" to invite friend

5. "Connection lost" error will appear.


Has been happening since yesterday (5/8). Have uninstalled/reinstalled, tried different internet methods, tries several 'fix-its' online - nothing has worked.

    Hi! finally found a thread on this that allowed me to comment lmao. alright so i was having the same issue and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling on my switch, i tried disconnecting from the interwebs and reconnecting etc. nothing worked. then i found that in my settings under date and time, my time settings were not synced. Turns out time skipping in animal crossing really messes with DBD so i just had to check off "sync with internet" or whatever and it solved the issue. I dont know if that will be the case for everyone but i hope it helps!
