Sorry to survivors slugged and killer not finding you but DBD still has the no noise issue

Twice today I felt sorry not just for myself playing killer but the survivors who I eventually found.

It is not fun searching for a downed survivor making no noise, please fix DBD it has been months and I notice original logs have vanished
