Hexes Hexes and more Hexes

j/k, couldn’t resist. I propose that all hexes should only have one functional level, and each killer should have three hexes they come with. So for example,
huntress lullaby currently - 2% 4% 6%
huntress lullaby after - 6% (Needs to be buffed to 10%)
No need to level them or acquire them in the bloodweb, they just come standard with the killer. However, they will show up as teachable for your other killers to acquire.
