Matchmaking Penalty
I recently crashed mid-game as a killer. The only thing I'm wondering is why they state,"sorry for any inconveniences", yet then go ahead and give me a matchmaking penalty for crashing, when this is the first time I've ever crashed? To me that doesn't make much sense to me.
Also, just because I know the toxicity going around recently due to the recent changes with the game; I'm in no way toxic and I'm aware it's just a short penalty, so it's not really a big deal. I'm just wondering why this has to be enforced?

Its nearly impossible to tell if the game crashed on purpose or by accident.
