Does this perk affect the crows that will start hovering over lockers or you when you stay in the same place for too long?

    Why would it? Calm Spirit makes that you don't alert Crows. How can you not alert the crows that are legit floating above you?

    Meaning the crows wouldn't start floating on top of you in the first place

    Yeah they don’t have this as an option because players would abuse it and hide the whole entire game.
