Devs Have Not Commented on the Billy Changes?

Billy main here, over 3,000 hours on him. I don’t know if the devs are aware but Billy is somewhat unplayable at the moment.

His chainsaw doesn’t have the same ‘flick’ as before the patch, the frames seem so bad when reving up or cooling down, the sound is bugged, he freezes when he does crash into something for about 3 seconds, and his arm covers the screen when he comes to cooldown.

Was he supposed to be nerfed but this unfinished work was accidentally put into the patch?

    Yeah I hope not, iI actually stopped playing Killer after just a few games just because of how awkward it was playing with the new patch.
