Is Tenacity underrated?
Been using Tenacity for a few days now and I'm surprised about how many times it has saved me. Killer downs me, goes after someone else, comes back for me and wastes time searching the wrong area..saved from being hooked!
I know people rate Unbreakable higher, but I'm not so sure.

I totally agree. Especially with Decisive Strike forcing killers to slug more it's really become a powerful perk. Saves me quite often, sometimes multiple times a match. No idea why it's so uncommon.
Unbreakable is the best anti-slugging perk.
Tenacity and Flip Flop are more situational and even though they can be used more than once the Killer catches on 99% of the time and they'll just insta-pickup so you can only really use them once.
I usually run tenacity with no mither.
