i love deathslingers music

i seriously think it sounds great, i love the western theme, the ticking clock, its wonderfully scary, but it just doesnt get intense or loud untill you're in chase and for him to have a 24 meter terror radius, and it to be that quiet is really questionable.

even without monitor and abuse its so easy for him to sneak up on you as even if he's 2 meters away his music just never becomes intense. i've lost count of the amount of times i've walked around a door/wall and been bathed in red light before eating a bayonette.

for real, his music is really good but its just isnt intense enough. it's the same issue as the doctor, sounds great, it's foreboding as anything, but it never gets loud like the heartbeat, atleast with huntresses humming she also has a heartbeat radius so you can know if shes near you.

terror radius is so essential to a survivors decision making and it should have been made louder on the PTB.

  • I like the music a lot too, but from a gameplay POV it's really unintuitive and confusing to listen out for. I also wish he had some music for when you get hooked/get a hook. It's kinda awkward that it transitions to silence right away.

  • its really nicely done, its just not actually a warning, and thats the whole point of the terror radius, and yeah, it should have some sort of end once you down someone that isnt so jarring
