Survivor stuck on shoulder

Hello team of DBD,

The platform is pc and playing today, while vaulting a window a survivor got stuck on my shoulder. It wasn't showing the survivor downed and the surv could fully interact with others, gens and pallets and blind me with flashlight. After the gens have been done due to me being slowed down with the "carried" surv, they were on the gate and i hit and downed them. They teleported behind the gate and i could still not pick them up.
