Spirit phasing bug
When spirit gets hit by a pallet while phasing her head (mostly her hair) will appear as she phases. It happens really often and it fixes itself when you Mori someone. Otherwise, it will stay like this until you get pallet stunned by a pallet while phasing (again) or sometimes if a survivor gets out of ur grasp.
Hope I was helpful
