PERK Tiers need to leave and Here is WHY...
I might be alone on this, but it's pointless to have them. I never use Third Seal unless it's Tier 3 and yet Devour is amazing on Tier 1. Same as NOED or DS. Perk Tiers only add to an unneccessary grind.
