Suggestion - Hatch Change

In the event the second-to-last survivor hangs on the final hook, the hatch should already have appeared.

In this case the hatch remains closed but not locked and can only be located visually.

When the survivor lifts the hatch cover, he will get an animation which is supposed to show an effort to open the hatch, because after all the hatch cover is made of metal and therefore heavy. Additionally the whole thing could be equipped with skill checks. If a skill check fails, the survivor drops the hatch. This produces a loud noise and shows the killer the position.

The killer, should he find the hatch first, has the possibility to damage the lock with a kick. The damage does not make it impossible to use the hatch for the first time, but it greatly increases the time and chance that the survivor can open the hatch without being noticed.

The hatch itself should be equipped with a kind of door handle.

To make things even more exciting:

The hatch should never appear on the map where the players are, and not too close to the exit gates. It should also not be too easy to recognize.

The idea behind it:

I actually see all the time that when EGC starts, it's usually because the killer player finds the hatch first and closes it. Then he tiggles back and forth between the exit gates. I think this makes EGC boring and predictable.
