Soft lock

Hello. I want to report very weird bug. I think it was a soft lock. When killer hooked a survivor he got stuck. We couldn't save him. We thought that he DCed, but the game was saying that he is still in the game. Killer killed us but he couldn't kill the last survivor. Also endgame colapse didn't work. Killer had to DC. Also in the video that nickname is not a killer nickname. It's a last survivor nickname. It's a visual bug. Sorry for bad quality.
