Since the last patch, have any players been experiencing lag spikes?

I’m getting lag spikes when a Killer is near (sometimes making a chase impossible to play around). I’ve never experienced this issue prior to the last patch, and nothing has changed with my set-up. My friends have also been experiencing a similar issue where they only lag when a Killer is nearby.
