Where are the ptb patch notes/dev update?
We know that the ptb shoul be tomorrow or the day after, regarding to the updaye schedule, the info of steamDB showing it uploaded already, and Peanits' leak comment saying "next week" (this one), but we don't really know what's coming other than the infinites and breakable walls, the skill track test, the new rift and maybe the chainsaw killers addons changes

The date for the PTB hasn't been confirmed yet. As for the update, I'm sure we'll get one soon. It's 9:30am on a Monday in Montreal, give them a bit of time to wake up first.
I don't think the day just before is not a good date. It's like leaving the homework for the last moment.

And they don' t have to wake up, they have the news automatic, example is, the date mistake for Zarina's lore, and that their news are updated at exact hours o'clock.
What Fibijean said. The February Dev update was on the 17th while the PTB was on the 18th so there might be an update today but you just have to be patient.
Another thing is that since everyone at BHVR is working at home, there might be some unexpected wrenchs in the gears so temper your expectations a little bit.
They just have to write the changes in a pc, the same in a office than in home
By 'next week', he could mean any day this week, for all we know it might not even be today. (Not to be a glass-half empty person)
Behaviour have always been vague with their dates, usually they'll say "sometime this week/next week" without being explicit of their dates.
He said he would be sharing more details this week. That's not the same as a confirmation that the PTB itself is this week, and "this week" only started an hour ago, so as Elena said, there's plenty of time left for that update to come through. I'm just saying temper your expectations a bit. If you assume that whenever someone says "I'll do it next week" they mean "I'll do it before 10 on Monday", you'll be disappointed a lot.
