The Mori/Key Solution

Both can really change the flow of a match entirely & rob the other side of a chance to win. I don't think removing them from the game entirely is on the devs mind, so a rework is in order for each.

Mori - Leave the momento (yellow) mori as is. Make the ivory (green) & ebony (pink) mori only work on a survivor's death hook. Having the mori ready after the survivor's first hook is unfair, as now it makes the survivor vulnerable to early elimination. But if a survivor is on death hook it becomes a fair addon since they are leaving the match anyways (the killer can send them out in style). Given the possibility that the last person alive has not reached their death hook phase, you can still kill the last person in the match. Overall, this would promote double hooking (and less tunneling) from killers.

Key - first off, remove the ability to find these in a chest (unless running a perk, Ace in the Hole should get this ability imo). Secondly, make keys shiny (visible enough to easily notice it in the pregame lobby). When it comes to letting people escape, all 3 keys should allow escapes through hatch. This would make the broken (green) key actually have some value beyond just aura reading. The broken (green) key can only be used by one person after endgame collapse has begun prematurely (so killer closes hatch when one survivor remains). The dull (purple) key can only be used by one survivor, but can be whenever the hatch spawns on the map (hatch closes after they escape through it). If 2 survivors remain & one of them uses this key, the hatch still closes behind the key user & EGC initiates (remaining survivor does not get a hatch escape opportunity). For 3-4 survivors remaining, the players still in game must continue the match normally (EGC does not initiate right after). Finally, the skeleton (pink) key allows for 2+ survivors to escape through hatch, but the hatch only remains open for 10 seconds. After that, depending on how many players remain follows the same rules as the dull (purple) key. For addons that preserve keys (after use or death), these addons should be completely changed (bringing a key should be a gamble). Rework the other add-ons too for better aura reading abilities. Overall, this would reduce the power of keys (increase the power of the broken key technically) & requires a bit more strategy from survivors who use keys.

Both of these should also receive slightly reduced % chances of finding them in the bloodweb. Could argue that moris should not be kept secret in the offering screen, but a mori is generally noticeable (unless a killer wants to determine where survivors are spawned I guess lol).
