Survivors STILL not groaning when downed
Played a killer for first time in ages and found they still don't hear survivors on the ground with or without Iron Will (not that should matter).
BHVR this is huge for people who play killer, why had this not been fixed yet?

Killer problems are not paramount for gameplay 4/5 players will have fun so no rush for it
What did you expect? Killers being permanently blinded has been in the game 4 months with no fix in sight.

I mean that is terrible, I'm all for everyone having fun and blowing off steam at the end but at least try to make the game fair, 4-6 months is disgusting why hasn't anything been said or done about this?
Any mods or BHVR employees want to step in and explain please?
