NOED with other Hex Perks
Just faced a spirit in a game that had me thinking of an interesting question. In the game, the Spirit used NOED, Haunted Grounds, Thrill of the Hunt, and Barbeque & Chili. I set off Haunted Grounds (whoops), and it ended up causing NOED to spawn once the End Game Colapse begun because that had freed up a totem.
If the dull totems were destroyed and I hadn't set off Haunted Grounds, would NOED Spawn?

Nope. That's why NOED has the part that says "if there is a dull totem..."
