Are flashlights bugged right now?
The past couple weeks since the chains of hate update dropped I seem to be getting blinded immediately without a build up, normally you would see that your about to be blinded so you can look away, but I haven't been getting the normal light that increases in intensity quickly, I'm just getting blinded instantly. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is insta blind back? Or am I just going crazy. Thanks in advance.

I also got a bug that someone blinded me whitout I even seeing the beam, litteraly blinded my hair or something, twice
