Tinkerer bug
I was in the terror radius even with tinkerer on, and borrowed time did not activate. Can the devs check this out? I was in the middle of the chase, tinkerer on but heart beat audible and borrowed time did not activate. It was on the haddenfield map against the hilly billy.
