Bloodweb glitched.
I have been having a recurring glitch when leveling up in the bloodweb. The bloodweb seems to not register that there is no more unlockable items and keeps you locked into bloodweb until you start to search for a game and exit then registers the level up. This has happened for Killer on the Xbox One.
