Rank 20 and 1 are the same

How to prevent smurf? I'm survivor player, I play killer only for my quests or just for fun.

But in Grey ranks I saw so many smurf, they just play to humiliate baby killers.

How is it normal that green and purple survivor are not better than rank 20 survivor?

I tried to play both side but clearly, survivors are the most toxic one, then they are complaining I'm using mori etc
